Recently remodeled my room and need new carpet. I shopped around everywhere and came across MMM Carpet, Santa Clara. I had an appointment came in and Mike(sales person) was very helpful. He was patient with us, paid full attention to our details, showed us different types of pattern carpets that we were looking for and most of all giving us different options to choose from. We were in a hurry trying to get our carpet as soon as possible and had to wait for ordering to come in. It was during the holiday season so there were some delays which is understandable, but Mike explained everything thoroughly and was immediately on task calling to get the carpet here as fast as possible. He was on top of everything making sure we were satisfied before going home. Now that is what you call 150% Excellent customer service. Carpet is great and I would absolutely recommend everyone (one stop shopping) to choose MMM Carpet because you won't regret it. Remember MMM Carpet...

We recently purchased a home and needed new carpeting. After taking a look at Home Depot and Costco, and not being satisfied with the options (including how quickly someone could come out and measure), we decided to go to MMM Carpets.
When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable person (Steve). He noted what we were looking for and showed us several options, taking the time to explain the differences between each one. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the pricing was incredibly comparable to the pricing found at Home Depot.
Once we selected the carpet we wanted, Steve worked with us on selecting padding.
When we told Steve we had a tight deadline for carpet installation, he was quick to jump on the phone and order the carpet, to ensure delivery within 1 - 2 days. He also came out personally to measure the areas for our carpet the following morning! Other places were quoting us a 3 - 5 business day timeframe just to measure!
Everything went perfectly on installation day. The installers came on time and did a fantastic job, just as they assured us they would.
I recently recommended MMM Carpets to some friends of mine, who also had the same stellar experience. As such, I decided to write this Yelp review in hopes that others will consider MMM Carpets for their carpet needs.
